The space is above another unit. You take the stairs to a delightful balcony with an outdoor living area that includes a loveseat, chair and table, as well as a hammock. At night, enjoy the string lights overhead and the twinkling lights in the vertical garden. Inside the apartment you will find a queen size bed and a kitchenette with a hot plate, toaster oven and small refrigerator. The bathroom is perfectly located at the back of the apartment. You can stream movies and shows on Roku TV. This apartment has a ceiling fan and air conditioning for maximum comfort.

We ask that you turn off electronic equipment such as television, air conditioning and lights when you are not in the apartment.

The neighborhood is in the hotel/tourist district of Miramar/ San Juan. This island themed apartment is located in a strategic area of San Juan Puerto Rico. In a tourist neighborhood that will certainly make you feel like you are on vacation in a secure and calm area. It is perfect for business travel and also to enjoy the local area. Near the Convention Center, Sheraton Casino Metro, Dollar Rent a Car, Zen Spa, Texas de Brazil, Metropol Rest. (cuban food), Olive Garden, Longhorn Steak House, Casita Miramar, Condado Beach, Condado and lots of local restaurants and interesting places. Just a few blocks the Condado Lagoon and beach (where you could find fun activities like kayaking and paddle boarding), The Panamerican Cruise ship terminal, San Juan Bay Marine and Isla Grande Airport (where you could book trips to Vieques & Culebra). The Luis Muñoz Marin airport is located 13 minutes away from the apartment. Some of the hot touristic spots: Old San Juan, El Morro National Monument, Paseo Caribe, Isla Verde, The Mall of San Juan, La Placita de Santurce, etc. you could get an Uber. This specific area is perfect for anyone that enjoys running or jogging: lots of sightseeing at walking/scooter distance.

Walking around the neighborhood you can easily view T-Mobile Distrito, which is a nice social area to visit. Walk a couple blocks up to Ponce de Leon, a major avenue of San Juan. Uber's are also easily accessible if you'd like to travel farther.

This unit does not include parking. There is free street parking everywhere. Note: Only park on allowed areas.

👥 Additional Guests: Please note that exceeding the permitted number of guests may incur an additional fee imposed by the management.

🌙 Quiet Hours: To be considerate of our neighbors, we kindly request that you keep noise levels to a minimum after 11 pm.

🧻 Supplies: We provide a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, and clean towels, but please note that we do not provide additional supplies during your stay.

⏰ Check-Out: Our check-out time is at 11 am to prepare for our next guest. A $150 charge per hour applies for late check-out beyond 11 am, which helps offset additional housekeeping costs. (Of course, if we've made arrangements for late check-out, disregard these times).

🚭 No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the unit. A minimum $200 cleaning fee will apply for any odors or stains caused by smoking, including cigarettes and marijuana.

🐾 Pet-Friendly: We welcome your furry friends with a $50 pet fee per pet per stay.

🚽 Toilet Use: Please do not flush any items in the toilet except toilet paper and human waste. There's a trash can available in the bathroom for other items.

🛏️ Linens and Towels: We take great care of our linens. Please remove all makeup to avoid staining towels and linens.

🏖️ Beach Towels: While enjoying our beautiful beaches, please use the provided beach towels, leaving white towels inside the apartment. Additional charges may apply for stains or damage to any items described.

💡 Utilities: Power and water outages can occur, and we cannot provide refunds for utility outages beyond our control.

🪑 Furniture Arrangement: Please refrain from rearranging the furniture.

🎉 Parties: Without host permission, hosting a party is not allowed. Any extra cleaning charges or neighbor disturbances may result in an immediate request to vacate the property.

🚫 Violation of Rules: Any violation of these house rules may result in the immediate termination of your stay without a refund.

🔑 Replacement Fees: Lost keys: $75
